Sharanda Davis-Williams, founder + CEO of Vertex Entertainment & Management, LLC “Vertex” is passionate about brainstorming and creating ideas for any type of business ideas, events, or themes. She has collectively over 12 years of experience in various areas in the entertainment and management industry, as well as consulting. After years of working on various local film projects and other gigs (castings, co-producing, management, scouting, and speaking engagements), she decided to create Vertex.

Vertex was originally created in 2012 with the idea to help my nephew manage his music career and to be a one-stop-shop for the film industry. At that time, there was no time wasted in recruiting clients within the local music and film industry. Vertex decided to take a hiatus for several years and is now back in 2021 with a different momentum.
